Do you need this to generate an output or just for personal use? If the latter, using the settings at https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/streaming should help you out. Having just checked a random movie it may go by country as a movie is shown as "streaming on" a service I don't have, but would be available if I paid Apple.

Thanks for the quick reply - I need this to generate an output. Perhaps I should have put this into API section but I figured I'd add it here since I don't think the TMDB API has this feature. I want to build it into an app I'm developing to be able to list which platforms you can stream a specific movie or tv show

The source of this information is JustWatch.
For the time being TMDb can only put this information on the Site.
TMDb is not yet authorized to make it available through the API.
There are talks. But nothing decided.
