I tried to request an API key, but then when I went to delete the first request because I needed to change it and resubmit, I now cannot access the system at all.

I confess that I asked for my Key a long time ago.
So I don't remember the process very well;
But what do you mean by when I went to delete the first request ?

Once the request is submitted, you can view the request. at the bottom is an icon that allows you to delete it. i wanted to change some things and so I figured I would delete it and start over.

Here is what I see when I try to go to the API page: API Error Page

I think the only person who can solve your problem is Travis Bell, the Administrator.
And he's on vacation. It must return, I believe, until the 26th.

Let's make it clearer what the problem is.

I don't know what your urgency is.
A more radical way to solve the problem is to delete your account
https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/delete-account
and create a new account.
But, if you can wait it is better. After all, your account has existed since 2015.

Thank you for your assistance. You are correct that there is no urgency; however, I had not heard anything in several days. I can certainly wait until his return.
