I created a watchlist (not a new list which I can see has an ID number when made public) but I cannot see how to make this available to see publicly as it has no ID number unlike other list I can make.
So if I want to import my IMDB list to TMDB I can only import to my Watchlist and am then unable to access it publicly.
I dont appear to be able to import my IMDB list to a user made list either so its all very confusing.
All I want is to be able to import my IMDB list to a user generated list and enable public access .
How?
Can't find a movie or TV show? Login to create it.
Want to rate or add this item to a list?
Not a member?

No. You can import your IMDB lists to your account's default lists here on TMDb, which are as follows:
See here: https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/import-list
If it's a question ...
No. It is possible for your 3 Default lists (Favorites, Ratings, Watchlist) to be accessed by anyone as long as they are configured as public and you provide the URL.
No, it is still not possible. And I don't know when it will be possible
The translation of your text into my language was quite confusing.
Even when I added commas, questions and periods, Google translator was unable to do a good job.
So, IF I understand correctly what your problem is ...
To access your default Watchlist, a list that already exists in all user accounts, simply provide the URL of the list.
In your case, the URL of your default Watchlist is:
https://www.themoviedb.org/u/Umanoid/watchlist
I could see that you added 2 movies to your default Watchlist :
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/581392
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/423108-the-conjuring-3
Likewise, if you want to view my standard Watchlist, just use the URL of my default Watchlist:
https://www.themoviedb.org/u/ticao2/watchlist
Of course, in order to be seen they must be configured as public in your profile:
https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/sharing
EDIT
I need to check if I left my lists configured as public. :-)

Thanks for the reply. Its clear to me that what I want to do is not possible. However, is it possible to export the items from my default TMDB watchlist and then re-import to a list I create as a new TMDB public list without having to add each item individually.?

Yes, you're right.
No. It is not yet possible to export your lists. Neither the standard 3 nor the ones created by yourself.
It's on Travis Bell's To-Do list. Watch and vote if you want:

The previous answer cancels this question.

What is possible, but not very easy, is to make an API Request from the data of any list created by yourself.
Not from the 3 default lists.
See here https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/lists/get-list-details
You will receive an answer in Jason with the list of the films and you will need to convert it into a text file, in a format that can be imported into any TMDb list.
I personally don't know how to do this.
