Why can't I rate movie movies?

The app does not give me any way to rate a film.

Personally I never used this feature.
But I believe that on this page you will find the solution to your question.

We don't have an "app", so I'm not sure if that helps clear anything up for me. Do you mean this website? Or some other app?
