Part 1 As Rebeca explains well above, the first Link you posted has a "spelling" error.
Almost at the end, before the language is defined, the link uses the digit "&", when in fact it should use the digit "?".

I don't know where you copied that link from. Or if you typed/built/edited it yourself.
If you got it from any APP or website, the error is in the APP or Website.

Part 2 As for the link to the TMDb that is in Letterboxd, it is also wrong.

Note that the ID (696263) for this link is different from the correct movie ID (343847).
The correct ID that is in the first link you posted. I don't know why Letteboxd is using the wrong TMDb ID.
It could be that there was a duplicate version of this movie here on TMDb, which used that ID.
And the duplicate version was deleted. But letterboxd is still using the deleted ID.
I don't know how to solve this problem in Letterboxd.
Perhaps adding the movie again to some list.
