The Movie Database Support

The following should link to an entry, but returns an error: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/508391-canada-vignettes-the-horse

When trying to add a new entry for this work and link it to its corresponding imdb ID it informs me that the ID 'tt0225289' is taken by the above broken entry. It looks like it exists in the database, but just isn't able to retrieve it properly.

Hi, Matt.

When I try doing a search for the title "Canada Vignettes The Horse" (which is the words that appear in the url you provided), no results turn up for anything that actively exists on the site. Meanwhile, when I do a search for solely the words "Canada Vignettes", a lot of results for other titles in I guess that series do turn up: https://www.themoviedb.org/search/movie?language=en-US&page=1&query=canada+vignettes

Indeed, the link you provided simply results in an "Oops! We can't find the page you're looking for. You tried to request a page that doesn't exist. If you believe this to be in error, let us know on the forums." screen response.

I'm wondering if perhaps the TMDb listing for that film was deleted within recent hours, therefore maybe the system is still, until more hours have passed, considering it (at least the added IMDb # that was entered into it) in a temporary limbo state.

For additional context, I came across this error since I use Letterboxd which relies on the TMDb API. I doubt that this was deleted in the last few hours, but I'm not in any rush anyway, so I'll give it a wait.

Letterboxd page: https://letterboxd.com/film/canada-vignettes-the-horse/

One thing I have been thinking is that there was an error when multiple production company records representing the NFB were merged at some point. For instance, National Film Board of Canada films are now listed as 'ONF | NFB' where this record (on letterboxd) and a number of others as they exist on letterboxd are listed as 'National Film Board of Canada (NFB)'. If these two records existed simultaneously at one point and then were brought together through some batch process there could have been a glitch. It's just something I've noticed while going through NFB films.

I realise that you don't run letterboxd, but it relies on your data, so I figured I'd inquire here.
