Your guidelines say: Miniseries are no longer allowed in the movie section.
I have multiple blu-ray movies that seemingly was miniseries originally.
- Neverland (2011)
- Ring of Fire (2012)
- Treasure Island (2012)
Of these, only Treasure Island is listed in both Tv-Shows and Movies. I understand that miniseries that are only sold as miniseries should not be allowed in movie section. But when the miniseries are aired/sold as both a miniseries and later a movie, shouldn't it be allowed to be listed in both sections?

Hi, its's not uncommon for a short mini-series to also be sold as a movie in different areas of the world. To make our decisions easier it's always the first screening that determines the status. If first screened in two parts, the entry belongs in the TV-section. If first screened in one part, the movie section is where it belongs. Thanks.

Sorry for re-opening, I understand your logic, I just want to say my piece. This causes a problem when scraping to Kodi in my instance. Because when i rip the blu-rays in question, or similar movies, i end up with only one file. And because it's editet to one file by the production/distrubution companies, there is no natural way to cut the movie into separate episodes. I could name the movie s01e01, but it really dont look good in my Kodi library in my opinion.

We are aware of that issue. The recommended method, that I keep hearing, is to use an nfo-file to add the entry locally. Closing topic again. It's fine to re-open if you have more to add.
