GET movie/popular region parameter

Hi everyone! I need to get lists of popular movies by region - however I'm a bit confused with the docs. It seems GET movie/popular supports a region parameter, but the description says "Specify a ISO 3166-1 code to filter release dates. Must be uppercase." Also, when I try and stick different codes there I'm getting the exact same list every time (tried what I think are fairly well populated countries like US, GB, DE...)
Anyone has any tips about this?

In order for someone to help you with API Request questions, it is critical that you post here the API Request you are using.
Remember to replace your Key with THE_KEY , or something like that.
Please post here two API Requests that you submitted, with different Region, and that returned exactly the same result.
