Movie "Alice" (2009) found in search, but page missing

I can find the _movie _ Alice (2009) in the search, but the link https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/566502-alice?language=en-US leads to a missing page. Actually, this is a short TV series: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/33466-alice?language=en-US. It should not appear in movies.

You're right. It can take a little while before for deleted content is removed from the search. Travis will be able to clear it it doesn't go away quickly enough on its own.
