I'm currently developing a hobby project of mine (basically just keeps tracks of series you are watching/have watched etc) and I have an idea I want to implement but i'm not sure if the api would allow this.
I want to have a title completion feature implemented with ElasticSearch, so basically I will need to have access to all the titles (and alternative titles) of all movies and tv series. I've read about the daily file exports which are very helpful but unfortunately don't contain all the titles for a serie/movie.
What I could do is iterate over all the ids, call the api tv/{id}/alternative_titles and save this in Elastic Search, however i'm not sure if this is allowed. If i use this method I think i would break (understandably) point 3 of the terms of use:
But i'm not sure what there reasonable periods are, or if this only applies to photos? I would also (ofcourse) rate limit myself, I don't mind for example if it would take a week to complete.
Thanks in advance !

What you're describing is fine, just be sure to attribute TMDb as the source of the data you use.
Cheers.
