Increase in result set for Movie Change List endpoint

Hi there, there seems to have been a pretty large increase in the number of results returned for the movie change list: https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/changes/get-movie-change-list
I used to process around 2k records nightly, but now I'm seeing about 16k each night. Any reason why that might be? Should I expect such a high number of updates from now on, or will there be a better way forward to add newly created and updated movies, regularly?
As a side note, I'm only interested in the primary data for a movie that changes.

This is related to the maintenance work that is mentioned above
. It's going to continue for another month or so.
There's no way to query the change methods right now for particular keys, but I do have an open ticket for that here. You can vote for and/or watch that ticket for updates.
