Playing Now & Releasing Soon List are not being updated automatically.

I could be mistaken but given that we don't call those pages that here on TMDb, it sounds like you're using a third party app and/or integration.
Our pages here are dynamically built at query time so I am not sure what exactly you mean.
I will need more info to be helpful.
