There Were Some Validation Errors The validation failed because:

It looks like the language that is actually being checked against is your account language, not the
?language=ja-JPin the params. Your account's language is set tozh-CNso that is what looks to be what the system is expecting.For now, you can either temporarily change your account language, or, just add a Chinese overview, and then you can add a Japanese translation once it's created.
