I've created a new List, which is in progress (I've only just begun compiling it), and discovered an issue with it that won't correct, even when I log out, then back in, then even power down my computer, then turn it back on. The same issue remains the case, and won't correct despite multiple manual attempts.
I want my lists to arrange things in chronologically ascending order, like I've done on each of my customized lists. On my main customized Discussions list https://www.themoviedb.org/list/118052, created a week or so ago, it already successfully was set to ascending and was daily appearing, properly, that way - yet a short time ago somehow it automatically switched to completely random arrangement order, despite that I didn't even mess with the settings any (and the selected setting REMAINS indicating Ascending Order, if looking on my settings screen). Something during the process of creating the following brand-new other list - this one https://www.themoviedb.org/list/120075 - was when things wound up rearranging. I definitely don't want things, on any of my lists, to remain in random order.
I don't know whether the issue in question is something that'll self-correct after a while, or if everyone is experiencing it, or if it's just me. If it's just me, will a moderator please help me get things appearing, again, in chronological ascending order - thus oldest to newest? Thanks!
EVERY TMDb list I have has automatically rearranged the order things appear on them - and I haven't even touched other than my two newest lists today. This glitch is a real challenge in my case as I have over 100 years worth of listed titles (my main list so far presents 202 individual titles), that things were easy to locate on when chronological, but not now when list order has become random (thus no longer any way to know where on the list to glance and readily find something).
HELP!

Hi @genplant29, yup, this is a known issue which is part of the search & discover service rebuild (the one that caused the service disruption 2 weeks ago). I've been rebuilding it piece by piece over the past 2 weeks and have the last piece going out today. Most lists sorting options were temporarily disabled so that I can get the service restored. Now it's just a matter of hooking them back up.

Thanks for the info, Travis. I was afraid it was just me since I was actively creating a new list at the time I noticed it (and the issue wasn't happening minutes earlier when I had been examining my other newest list).
Since it's a known issue, I know it's in good hands with you and that all will soon be resolved.

Travis, just wanting to mention that my lists are back to listing in proper ascending chronological order. Tremendous thanks for doing whatever you did that resolved that!
Unfortunately, I've noticed a new issue, that no doubt ties in with the earlier issue. For just in case it's something you're not already aware of, I figure I better let you know about it.
This list https://www.themoviedb.org/list/118052, that currently has 202 movies/series/miniseries/documentaries/specials listed on it now presents things in the desirable order. However it abruptly concludes with listed title #134, with none of the additional 68 titles currently visible.
Meanwhile, this new list https://www.themoviedb.org/list/120075 I created earlier today (so far has only just barely gotten started, so remains decidedly a work in progress) is presently supposed to have 22 titles listed on it, however only 16 of them are showing.
With each list, the titles (and of course corresponding posters) that are missing aren't strictly ones that chronologically go at the ends of the lists; listed items are, instead, missing from random positions from throughout the chronology.
I assume everything I've mentioned regarding those two lists is happening with my other lists, though I haven't actually checked.
Likewise, I presume everyone else who has lists is experiencing the same issues as I've mentioned.
So in case what all I've mentioned is something you aren't already aware of, I thought I'd better report about it.

I just now checked mine and, indeed, all is fully back to normal. Thank you very much, Travis!
