If I understand your question correctly, I think I can provide a helpful answer.
If you go, on your TMDb profile page, to your Ratings & Reviews tab, click on that, place your cursor over the Ratings By Year grid, then scroll downward (being sure that the cursor remains over the grid area the entire time). Doing so will scroll the grid back into earlier years and decades, to as far back as the year 1900.
Try that and see if it achieves the result you're seeking.
Is there a way to make it do that automatically though? It makes little sense that it would start by only showing a small fraction of the ratings by default. Would it not be obvious to have it start with showing the interval from the earliest to the latest movie the user has rated?
It is also certainly not obvious that this image can be changed by scrolling. I was looking through my account settings for a way to change it, and then came to the support forum,without ever realising scrolling made it change.
