If we exit from the tab containing the review we just submitted, you guys (mods), will still see the review, right?

As long as it has been submitted, yes. You'll see a note at the top of the review saying it's under moderation if it was submitted properly.

There is not right now, but it's a feature we'll work on improving in the future.

P.S. I've gone ahead and approved all of the pending items (I saw that you had quite a few there, so they're all approved now).
