Make a list of "selective and relevant" film festivals for Amateur Content Guidelines?

Not sure if this would be helpful or ultimately beneficial to the db but...I was thinking maybe it would save time, if we could create a list of the film festivals that have been approved as "selective and relevant". (To reduce time wasted by dumber people like me, asking "maybe this should be removed because X film festival is not "selective and relevant"", etc.). Yeay or nay?

I think perhaps it's easier to try to add a few more lines about what we mean.
