The fix will be different for each method. To show regional release on the now playing method, you will want to use the region filter.

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/now_playing?api_key=###&region=IT

On the movie details call, you will want to make a call to the /release_dates method and grab whichever region you're interested in. Italy of course in this case.

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/166428/release_dates?api_key=###

Or better yet, use append_to_response:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/166428?api_key=###&append_to_response=release_dates
