We don't presently have a way to do that. Moderators can send people private messages, but regular users can't.

If you are having an issue with a data contributor making edits that goes against our guidelines, just let us know (in a private thread) and we will contact them for you.

Nah, I just wanted to ask where Elizabeth Jennings got HQ images for this TV Show. It is currently runnig here in Czech and I swear that I couldn't get any from official sources :-).

Oh, they are RIDICULOUSLY good at finding images no one else can find.

I think the best way to reach a mod is probably to create a private topic in general with their username in the title.
