I don't know anything about the API, but that solution wouldn't work for Netflix Originals. They are films distributed by Netflix and there is no distributor/original distributor field in the movie section.
But as @banana_girl pointed out, there isn't really an equivalent for movies since we only have production company information and that will not always be Netflix.

Hi @genzodmi6,
For TV, you can use the TV discover method along with the
with_networks
filter.But as @banana_girl pointed out, there isn't really an equivalent for movies since we only have production company information and that will not always be Netflix.
