The contribution bible says:
Subtitles: A video with English audio and subtitled in French should be added as a French video. In contrast, a video with French audio but subtitled in English should be added as an English video.
To my knowledge, subtitles can come as closed captions which can be turned off or on, or as open captions which are always on screen and cannot be removed from viewing the video. Regardless of which type of subtitling, closed or open, this quote from the contribution bible is referring to, I think it's important to clarify which type is being referred to (whether open, closed, or both). Right?
EDIT: (I'm assuming the type of subtitling being referred to is open captioning- which means if a video has French audio but with English closed caption subtitling, then the video should still be added as an English video, right?)

Additional somewhat related question: Just curious, is there any reason why "Quality" can't be automatically chosen by this site rather than having to be manually added? It's not a big thing but it just seems like the kind of thing that I would assume can get automated? (Besides, to my experience, users frequently add the wrong quality anyway)
