TV crew credits clarification

The following quote from the contribution bible is a little unclear: "Only crew members that are credited in every single episode of a season should be added to the crew at a season level".
Do you mean, only credits given to crew members in every single episode of a season should be added to the crew at a season level, or do you mean, only crew members that are credited in every single episode of a season, regardless of what role(s) they're credited for, should be added to the crew at a season level?
For example, Justin Berns, is credited in every single episode of season 1 of The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo, however not credited for the same role. He is credited as the executive producer for ep. 1-3, but as the producer for ep. 4 and 5. Technically this crew member is credited in every single episode of season 1...should they be added (as producer and executive producer) to the crew at a season level? Or should the credits be added on the episode level?
EDIT: Unless I'm missing something, I personally think that should be made clearer in the contribution bible.
EDIT x2: For now, I have added Justin Berns' credits on the episode level.

If you add a crew credit at season level, that means the person is listed with that job for all episodes for that season. Based on your example, Justin Berns would get credited for all episodes as producer and all episodes as executive producer if you added both positions at season level. The choice must then be to add the credits on episode level.
You made the correct choice.
