I don't see how a .in mirror would help. Like they blocked the tmdb mirror they might as well just block that too.

Some users on Twitter were saying that TMDb is accessible on Airtel. Can some of you guys on using Airtel confirm this? What about ACT? Still blocked?

It’s still blocked in ACT but the app infuse pro fixed it in their update now I can download metadata on infuse pro

TMDB is accessible on local ISP. I think it got blocked due to recent aggressive piracy blocking, considered as a pirate site. You can tweet to TRAI about it
