Hello there community!! I am trying to get movies from a private list(which I have created )using the API version 4 to use it in my android app

In the documentation of Lists it says "Private lists can only be accessed by their owners and therefore require a valid user access token"

I tried the Auth section of the documentation to get the access token. I'm successful getting the request token but when trying to get the "Access Token" I'm getting the response as below {"status_code":41,"status_message":"This request token hasn't been approved by the user.","success":false}

I tried the link http://dev.travisbell.com/play/v4_auth.html and it has "approve token" which I could not achieve programatically

I would like to know if it is possible to get the content of the private lists(which I have created) with just the "Read Access Token" which was given in the API section of settings page as I'm just trying to read list and I'm not interested in editing or writing to lists from the app.
