Not by name directly, but if you have the ID of a person, you just need to call the persons /combined_credits method and look at the crew results and filter by job.

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/person/488/combined_credits?api_key=###

In order to get the ID of a person you would search for them. This is the workflow described here, just substitute movie search/get info for person.
