Cannot seem to be able to upload a poster. Won't take the image. Met the minimum resolution and everything.

Ratio? there must be something wrong. Are you sure it's a jpg/jpeg?

Also, what's the entry you were trying to upload it to? If it's possible, are you able to upload the image somewhere so that one of us could try and upload it?

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Trying to upload here: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/568658-i-ll-be-around?language=en-US

This link you placed sends to download a .zip file, which contains among other things a .psd file.
You need to convert this .psd file to a .jpg file.
Then you can try uploading again.
Only then can it be used here in TMDb.

Aware of that. Was replying to: "If it's possible, are you able to upload the image somewhere so that one of us could try and upload it?"

Was sending the OG PSD for you folks to make the proper adjustments in order to upload. Still been having issues with it following instructions.

Hey @mcuenca,

It looks like the file has been removed, are you able to put it back up so I can take a look? I will try to do it quickly this time so I can get a hold of the file. Sorry for not grabbing it earlier.

I had to resize and crop the poster in order to get it resized to 2000x3000. But here you go: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/568658-i-ll-be-around/images/posters
