Cannot seem to be able to upload a poster. Won't take the image. Met the minimum resolution and everything.

Also, what's the entry you were trying to upload it to? If it's possible, are you able to upload the image somewhere so that one of us could try and upload it?

This link you placed sends to download a .zip file, which contains among other things a .psd file.
You need to convert this .psd file to a .jpg file.
Then you can try uploading again.
Only then can it be used here in TMDb.

Was sending the OG PSD for you folks to make the proper adjustments in order to upload. Still been having issues with it following instructions.

I had to resize and crop the poster in order to get it resized to 2000x3000. But here you go: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/568658-i-ll-be-around/images/posters

Have you tried googling how to crop and resize images in Photoshop? There are a lot of great tutorials online.

I'm well aware how to photoshop and we've used several templates; the site still won't accept any. There's one that it apparently uploaded but we still can't see or access it.
