Limits on images (either tmdb or cloudflare)

We understood from this topic (https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/57554becc3a3682993001943) that there are no limitations on the images website. We built an API system that ends up downloading about 200-300 images a day from your server, caching them on the way to reduce traffic to your servers, and for some reason it seems our caching server IP has been blacklisted. The Urls that API generated for images can be opened from any other machine except the cache IP, so we assume its a blacklisting thing
Checking the DNS it appears your servers are fronted by Cloudflare, so has the situation from the initial post changed? Is there now a hard limit which causes blacklisting, enforced by Cloudflare?

Nope, there is no rate limiting, or blacklisting on our CDN.
What's the exact request and response (verbose log) you're making and getting back?
