Is there any reason for this?

I do not know if I understand your problem.
I used your Query. The first result was the movie Surprise! (2018).
And this movie does not have a poster on the WEB page.
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/562869-surprise
Movies only have Poster if any users upload.
So there are several movies that do not have poster yet.
