Hi !
I just create a iPhone app few days ago. It downloaded TMDB JSON data . The app runs very well until last night ! Suddenly , It crashes without any code change . I later found if I disable “backdrop_path “ key , instead I tried “poster_path “ the app will run again ! It looks like I am not able to use “backdrop_path” key any more ! Is there any change last night ? All The rest of key parameters are fine ! ) Please help if you. Could ! Thanks !

Hi @Jenny_Liu,
There have been no changes, no. I've heard from some users from time to time who weren't handling
nil
items properly. Are you? Bothposter_path
andbackdrop_path
can be nil.Contestado por Jenny_Liu

Hi Travis The data query is for “upcoming movie” ! I am pretty sure the app (with backdrop_path) works fine yesterday ! But ,last night , It just crashes in front of me without any change on my code ! As I mentioned earlier, poster_path works fine ! Still a puzzle to me ! Do not know how to solve it ? ! backdrop_path: String

I should not say app crash ! The simulator still works , but Just No data shows up in my app tableview cell ! I think it was due to query data from backdrop_path not matching key definition properly???

Travis I think you are right ! I go back and change the “backdrop_path :String? (to optional) ! And it works now ! Thanks for your help ! I solve the issue ! The app worked well until last night , thus I did not know this could be an issue ! Thanks again for your help !
