Hello, I wonder if you can add a ticket to add one more query param in /discover to exclude specific results
What I wanna achieve is having without_id (comma separated movies ids)
so when I search these movies will be excluded from the results
(For more clarity of what I wanna achieve)
I wanna give the user in my mobile app ability to have hidden/block list
so when he searches via Discover or search API endpoint these movies(hidden/block list)
will be excluded from the results.
I tried to do that by myself but this will need several API calls which may easily reach the limit
so I think having this feature in the backend is better, And Thanks.

Hi @mohamed_alaa_eldin_elsayed_ahmed,
I have an open ticket for this that you can follow here.
Cheers.

Hi @travisbell
do you have any updates regarding this feature request? What I'm doing right now is super inefficient on my side and produces a lot of unnecessary API calls. It would be super nice if one could just pass in a list of ids that should be excluded (ideally using a POST request so you don't run into request length limits).
I would also be willing to pay for the development work of this feature if this would help increase the priority. I really need this feature for my mobile application :)
Cheers

No update but there is a new ticket for this here. You can watch/vote for it which helps me prioritize feature requests.

I upvoted the Trello-task as well. Additionally, it would be nice to exclude not only id's but whole lists from the discover call. Does this addition belong to the same ticket or does it need a new one?
