Can't search for a film despite the film page existing?

I'm trying to find the TMDB page for this movie (Warning R-18) (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0223848/) via searching the Japanese name, english name, romaji name, year etc but the search is coming up empty.
When I go to create the movie page, it tells me that the film exists in TMDB catalogue (Which it does; https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/80788-oniroku-dan-bikyoshi-jigokuzeme) but searching for it always comes up empty.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi, a user had incorrectly set the movie to adult:true, a setting only to be used for hardcore pornography (or movies with 2 or more hardcore scenes). I changed it back.
If you want to be sure to see any entries at any time, you can change your account settings to allow adult content.
