German translations gone?!?

In some series I noticed that the German translations in the series description as well as in the individual episodes the content descriptions are missing. But I'm sure that's what they were. So I wrote some entries for Supernatural myself. Also in my KODI, which only interrogates the TMDb, e.g. all episode descriptions from Homeland in German. Have the German translations been deleted or am I making a mistake?
I think I have found the "error" myself: a user names Samara deletes all German entries. Definitive in Homeland and Supernatual. Is there a special reason for this?

There have been claims from Copyright holders in the past, so we are very restrictive with German overviews. Always make sure that the overview you are adding is free to add. If not, try to rewrite with your own words. The Copyright laws in Germany are very strict with regards to this.

The overviews were from fernsehserien.de and they don't allow their text on other sites
