I also asked myself -> wouldn't it be probably better to make a tv entry for the series of documentations? I'm not sure, because I don't know the content. But we have several other entries that include the title of the series (Cinéastes de notre temps, after 1989 Cinéma, de notre temps) here on TMDb:

Perhaps, it would be nice to have all of them in one place? But I'm not sure what's more useful?!? I'll keep this discussion open for others to give an opinion.

I believe they should remain in the movie section, because each episode is written and directed by different people, and are entirely different subjects. This makes them each separate documentaries. That's my take. Another compelling reason to keep them in the movie section is that many of the episodes have been included individually as supplementary films in Criterion Collection releases on DVD and Blu-ray.
