question about v4/Authentication

Hi, I have a question about v4/Authentication. After the user is assigned a request_token, my website directs the user to "https://www.themoviedb.org/auth/access?request_token={request_token}". Then it seems like the user cannot authorize the request token unless they already logged in TMDB with a TMDB account. So does that mean every user of my website needs a TMDB account?

Hi there,
Aside from read operations, everything you would use the account features for need a TMDb account, so yes, they would need a TMDb account.
You can use your read token for all read operations though, so it all depends on the features you're building.
