Issues accessing /movie

Is anyone else having issues accessing the https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie URL??? I was having issues with my app and then when I tried to look at the website I keep getting an error page.

Yup, it appears to be down at the moment... or at least mostly down. Even the content on the main page is mostly down.... Wait, now it seems back up. Maybe developer mistake or DDOS?
