Is this API also gives added ids in past 24 hours or just gives updated ids of existing movies? Or is there any way to get movie ids added in past 24 hours?

And yes, you can query date ranges older than the past 24 hours. You can use the
start_dateandend_datefilters as outlined in the documentation.
