I edited your text to edit out your API key (you shouldn't publish it anywhere!), and to make your code/error readable.
Also, I think I know what might be the issue. You're querying a deleted tv series:

Shouldn't querying a deleted show give 404 or something? Not "internal error"?

500 Error means something going wrong in TMDB api itself
