So far out of 12,000 calls, 4000 are missing ETags.
Thus far, I can't work out what distinguishes one from another in terms of whether or not they get an ETag.
Looking at it, I suspect it may be down to size. e.g. if it is over a certain size, it gzips it. If it gzips it, it doesn't have an ETag.

No Films are missing ETags.

A film header:
Films have X-Memc and Cache-Control, which is different to Person requests.
