Problem with sorting cast members

Hello everyone,
Sorry if there's already a thread about this, I've searched first but couldn't find it. Not sure if I picked the right category for my question as it might be a technical issue, because I'm browsing with mobile phone.
Recently I have added two (regular) cast members+actors to a TV Show, I tried to sort all cast members using the instruction: "Drag the left column of a row up or down to set the order of the cast members". I put my finger on the cross-like symbol/button, and moved it up or down on my phonescreen. But nothing happened. What could be the problem, and how can I fix it?

Mobile is currently not supported. I assume it still works on supported platforms?

The sort page is planned on getting updated soon. The current implementation is known to also not work on some touchscreen laptops.

@Lineker: Thanks for your reply. So indeed my mobile phone is the problem, or specifically me trying to edit with mobile phone. No problem, I understand. I haven't tried editing with laptop yet, so I don't know if it will work on my laptop. I will try the laptop, and I will also post the result (positive or negative) on this thread.
@Travis Bell: Also thanks for your reply. I understand and I will wait for that, in the meantime I will try using laptop for this. Whoops, that sounds like a contridaction. My laptop doesn't have touch screen. Like I said above, I'll try the laptop and return to this thread to tell the result.

Hello again,
Problem solved, have tried on laptop and it worked immediately.
So I'm going use that until the sort page will be updated.
And I'll say it again, no problem. I understand.
