How '/movie/upcoming' api end point works

when I call this url it gives me a list of upcoming movies for a certain range. But I need to notify my users when new movie is added to this list.
So, How do i know whether a new film is added to this link?

Hi @dilusha100,
The upcoming list just looks at the release date information. You can inspect the date range that is used by looking at the
datesfield returned in the response.One thing worth mentioning is a suggestion to use the
regionfilter, as it will help limit results to a particular country. This is outlined here.Atsakė dilusha100

So, is there any way to customize the time period? or else what is the date range we getting?

There is no way to customize the date range on the upcoming method directly but the upcoming method is just a discover call behind the scenes so you are free to make your own customized version however you see fit.
