Hi,
Here are the Lithuanian ratings for TV Series (and Movies). Could we please add these to the list?

(No index) - for people of all ages. (skirta įvairaus amžiaus žiūrovams.)
- N-7 - intended for viewers from 7 years old. (skirta žiūrovams nuo 7 metų.)
- N-14 - intended for viewers from 14 years of age and broadcast from 21 (9pm) to 6 (6am) hours. (skirta žiūrovams nuo 14 metų ir transliuojamos nuo 21 iki 6 valandos.)
- S - intended for adult viewers from the age of 18 (corresponding to the age-appropriate index N-18) and broadcast between 23 (11pm) and 6 (6am) hours; Limited to minors and intended for adult audiences. (skirta suaugusiems žiūrovams nuo 18 metų (pagal amžiaus cenzą atitinkantis indeksą N-18) ir transliuojamos nuo 23 iki 6 valandos; Ribojama tik nepilnamečiams ir skirta suaugusiems žiūrovams.)
Banned - If the commission determines that the television program is of a pornographic or violent nature, incite to hatred, such a television program can not be displayed in the Republic of Lithuania. (Jei komisija nustato, kad televizijos programa yra pornografinio ar smurtinio pobūdžio, kursto neapykantą, tokia televizijos programa negali būti rodoma Lietuvos Respublikoje.)

Banned - If the commission determines that the movie is pornographic, violent or the purpose of the movie is to incite hatred, film index by viewers are not entitled to the age limit, the movie is not recorded in the Movies Register and can not be displayed in the Republic of Lithuania. From what I find on that website Banned is not a rating, it just doesn't GET a rating...
From your description it's just.. "censorship". Much like how some episodes of Pokemon were banned (not aired or otherwise released ever) after its initial airing. @Travis please don't add that one.

If you do not know Lithuanian, Google does not help.
Sometimes Google does not translate correctly.

In Lithuania, Lars von Trier "Nymphomaniac" first fell under the category of banned, but then gave the index of "N-18".

yeah, I'm not arguing the actual ratings, it's just that "Banned" is not a rating -- it's just refusing to rate something (and since all movies have to be rated, it can't be played in theater probably, so it just doesn't release, so there is no need to add a release date with the rating "banned" anyway). That's the only thing I'm arguing. That's not what you responded to though.
I'll edit my post above to make bold the actual point that says it's not getting a rating. The rest is just there for context :P

You added TV series ratings to movies. The ratings are slightly different. After TV ratings are movie ratings.
