Russian trailers from non-official YouTube channels

Hello! Some TV-shows don't have official trailers in Russian. For example, the TV-series Flash. Nobody distributed this show in Russia. There are some YouTube channels, which make quality localization for trailers. But they show some kind of intro. For example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajNkagFCEnc Is it allowed to add this type of trailers on Russian page of series/movies, if there are no official trailers?

I think generally speaking, if there are no official trailers yes, that's fine. I do wonder about the specific one you mentioned here though. The video is 5½ minutes long, is it actually a trailer? Or is it more of a season recap?

I'm not sure if this is the case here, but I have seen some unofficial channels adding all available trailers as one video.
