I made my list Public, but I asked a friend to see if he can find it and no nowhere to be found. Plus where can I! find public lists I'd like to know what others like to watch.

All of your lists show up on your account page, under the "Lists" section. See here for what I mean.
With regards to overall list discovery, that is still something I have planned to get to this year.

What I am asking is there is no section to lists of other people who made a list, I know where to find mine.
