Any internal tool for finding duplicates and doing the merge in a massive way? Or should we continue doing this research one by one?

I think we really have to do most of the work manually. But maybe one thing Travis could do to help is remove company pages that are currently empty... or is it too risky?

And I guess someone with enough time and motivation could use the daily file export thingy to find potential duplicates.

Companies without movies I do not think priority. It does not disturb users.
If it is a removal without much work, I see no problem.
But I think the most important thing is the duplicate companies. That annoys me.

1. Because you can never see the complete list.
   
2. Because it will continue to put you in the wrong company.
   

I did several company searches using words normally used in Brazilian names.

• Filmes
• Filme
• Produção
• Produções
• Produtora
• Cinematográfica
• Cinematografica
  

Each search result is more than 300 companies names.
If it were in alphabetical order, it would be easier to see the duplicates.
