You can share a list by Twitter or Facebook.
In your list there is a Share option. Click and see.
I never did it. I do not know how it works.
I do not know if a new Twitter post is made every time a movie is added.
In the list view, there is no sign of what was recently added.
You can configure the list to sort by date of movie addition.
Maybe this will make it easier to know the last ones added.

There's no social aspect like that yet although lists are exactly where I plan to sprinkle some of the first social-esque features like following a list (to follow updates), and collaborate list editing with friends.
