Is your website loading as a non-HTTPS version and requesting the API via the HTTPS link you mentioned? If so, then I believe that is what Chrome will be disabling in that future update. Both the source (your site) and the API should be HTTPS.

Nope, using SSL. Its an issue with the certificate the API is using.
