Making a mobile app using HTML, CSS, Javascript along with using JQuery Mobile.

First Issue: Because jquery is one page I am using a numerous of API such as Popular, Top 10 etc along with random film function that I have implemented myself. When on the main page(random api) it brings film but if I go on the Popular page it will not bring the data from Popular API. I know Jquery is basic one page application but does anyone know how to solve this?

2nd Issue: Filtering data on the random function, it brings pornography and idiotic films that is not needed. I basically want films that are english, average rating of 5.0 and NOT PORN. I am writing this in Javascript.
