When does Change List get updated, say the timestamp of publishing the updates.

Hi, I just signed up recently and got really impressed with the amount the information you provide through site/API. I wanted to clarify a doubt regarding https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/changes, I understood that we can get the list of movies/tv shows that have been updated in the past 24 hours. Is it the same time of this https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/getting-started/daily-file-exports. If so I could create a cronJob and update my local DB whenever the changes are published.

Hi @ajaisandy,
The daily file exports don't have anything to do with changes. The export files are just a list of the ids that we have in the database so you can query the database a lot more intelligently.

Hi Travis,
Thanks for the reply, I have queried movie/latest api and got 5,08,203 as a response, when I started to loop my request I got 1,90,941 has valid data and rest id's has no data. Is there any api that I could use to find the count of valid id's ?

Unfortunately, no, there is not. You could count the number of lines in the daily ID export, that would be the same number of ids.
