mini series are still allowed in both sections, that will be changed soon

There are lot of stuff like this. It is weird to have same movie as tv show, tgat have same imdb id. And there are hundreds of stuff like dis.

Back in 2018, TMDB allowed a miniseries in both sections. Since then, the staff decided to get rid of the exception due to the amount of duplicate content, and we’ve been working on merging the data from the film section to the tv section. It’s definitely still a work in progress, given the amount of data. I’ll add this title to a list we use to track them all, which helps a bot merge the data.
